Help: I've got a pimple on one of my moles...

I felt this the other day. I didn't know what it was, but as I kept feeling it, it definitely felt like a zit so I tried to pop it, right? Mistaaake. The fucking zit or whatever wouldn't come out but that didn't stop the mole from HURTING LIKE HELL and bleeding like crazy.

Should I pop it or is this one of the reasons people get mole removal procedures?

Absolutely, on a physical examination, your doctor is supposed to ask if you have any abnormal moles.

Usually nothing.  But if it looks abnormal or it keeps growing, then you should see a doctor.  An abnormal mole could be indicative of skin cancer.
