LTTP: Jackie Brown

Earlier this week, I picked up the collectors edition of Jackie Brown and the collectors edition of Pulp Fiction in a two for one deal at the videoshop. I never got around to see Jackie Brown when it came out; and over the years, people said it was terrible and so on, so i figured it wasnt worth my time. When I saw the box at the shop, i was like, eh why not.

I watched it last night and I was well.. surprised. It's actually my favorite Tarantino movie! I really like the characters (even if De Niro's a bit underused), but the story was good, the actors were great; and the movie was well made, overall. I really don't understand why people were negative about this movie.

oh and Fonda is HOT in this movie.

Its Tarantino's best movie. Some days I will say Pulp Fiction, but today is not one of those days.

fonda was definitely hot in the movie, heck i even fapped at the sex scene (i was very young at the time ).

the dialogues in this movie were fucking brilliant. and i loved slj's line:

''ak47, when you absolutely positively got to kill every motherfucker in the room, accept no substitutes''

Yeah that sex scene was pretty damn hot, I think because it was just so raw.

I need to watch this movie again, I've only seen it that one time.  I was such a Pulp Fiction fan and just was disappointed by this movie.  Not that it was bad by any stretch, just that it wasn't Pulp Fiction.  I never really gave it a fair shot, maybe I'll check it out this weekend.
