One of my favorite two parters:

So far (and I've only seen the new ones up to the Runaway Bride (the runaway bride SUCKED)

Top Three

1. Season Two Finale
2. The Ood two parter
3. Season One Finale

The first Dalek episode of the new series would probably be number four.
