Hopefully.
Early word out of the rough draft was that they were going introduce Roman Sionis as a way to make Bruce feel like his life was being attacked on all fronts - in and out of the Batsuit. Roman Sionis is basically the evil version of Bruce Wayne; a wealthy orphan with rich family bank account acquired by murder and uses those tactics in his business ventures. Eventually, he becomes The Black Mask. He was also to be interwoven into the criminal story, as he would be doing arms deals with the mafia, and The Joker fucks all that up.
Now that they've basically announced that they've cast everybody, including Eric Roberts as the "mafia kingpin" (my guess is Salvatore Maroni), save for the originally rumored Roman Sionis - my bet is on him.
Plus, Anthony Michael Hall confirmed he was filming more than a bit Edward E. Nigma cameo or something, as he will be jet setting to the sets in London and Chicago. He also said he was filming with Morgan Freeman, which further lends credence to the theory that he is now playing Roman Sionis. My bet is that why Bruce has to contend with the underworld and Joker during the night, he has to contend with Sionis making a power play for his company during the day.
