its a fleshlike insert thats put into a flashlight casing but it really looks fake. The case helps with creating suction which is great. Better then those Tenga onega cups they have in japan the Fl's can be cleaned and reused. And they have different holes and textures inside the wholes. Great investment, and no more death grip penis problems

Theres a tiny bulb at the bottom of each fleshlight. Nothing like working a fleshlight and hearing a crash downstairs. You'll be prepared.

theres nothing electrical in the fleshlight BigBlue. You could put a small egg bullet in it. Oh and they warm up really nice if you leave it in warm water for a while. Then lube that baby up and and just go to town. The best is going hands free like the first pic
