I literally laughed my ass off.  I can remember starting to get into fights with my ex over wow...though never offline.  Just when we were playing.  He'd be all OMG DON'T PICK THAT FLOWER!  OMG DON'T WASTE UR MANA ON DMG JUST WAIT TO HEAL ME!  IT'S MORE EFFICIENT THAT WAY!

Oddly enough, he wasn't much of a control freak at all offline..just in that damn game.  Hi I play games to have fun, not maximize the potential of every action for maximum game rape-age.

I'm so well-adjusted, though.  I'd just take a deep breath and go "we are fighting over WoW.  I'm logging off and we're finding something else to do, now."

Im horrible at WoW. I don't raid, I dont min max, and I cant play for more than 3 hours at a time. Most guilds dumped me once they figured all this out.

These are the reasons why I quit the game.

Im a loner at heart anyway so it didnt bother me too much. I got two characters to level 60 without running raids and I just switch classes or PVP at level 59 before hitting 60.

I used to be a main tank, and a healer. Tanking was probably the best to do in raids, considering the pace of battle really depended on how good you were. Healing just sucked.
