about the difference between nonconsensual sex and rape? how about the fact that rape involves violence, coercion under duress, or chemical agents (also considered a form of assault)? sex --purely as an act -- can occur between two parties without both parties agreeing to the act, with one party being completely neutral and unresisting. the key point is the lack of physical or emotional resistance, of course, which would seem to be the case in the panels you posted.
