I was thinking about getting a Pelican vertical air cooler, that basically pumps air in and out of that right vent that's blocked when it's sitting vertical. They're on sale at GameStop for like $10 this week.

I've read about copies of 360 games getting scratched sitting horizontal too. It happens. The stance of the console really doesn't do much as long as you keep it well ventilated and don't touch while it's on. It's a fickle machine, I'll say that much. I'm glad I got a warranty on that sucker.

They should have positioned Optimus Prime better. Had it so the power button was right over his crotch. Would make turning on the 360 even more of a sensual experience than it already is.

Not sure. I nabbed it from Gamestop. It comes with 12 faceplate designs that are interchangeable, but the only one I might swap in is Bumblebee and Jazz. The rest of the color schemes are HIDEOS.

I'm sorry, I think that faceplate is ugly. They should have made one with just an autobot (or decepticon) logo, then you could pretend your console was a transformer too.

How much is the employee discount at GameStop nowadays? It was at 15% when I worked there...and it was 20% when my cousin was assistant manager before that...I figure at the rate they're going, eventually you're going to have to pay 5% over the MSRP if you're an employee.

In washington the sales tax is up to 10%+ since we dont have a state tax, which makes in-store employee discounts useless to retail people.
