Jet Force Gemini - I shattered my memories today.
« on: June 10, 2007, 06:42:35 PM »
I remember this game being fucknig AWESOME no N64. Well, the first half of it anyhow. I never went back and did the collect-a-thon shit you had to do in the second half of the game.

I played it again today, and didn't have any fun. I don't know if it had something to do with the fact that I wasn't playing with a N64 controller or if the game was just this bad back then, but wow.

Memories broken :(

I remember liking it, but it having pretty bad image quality and a shoddy framerate.  I only rented it, so I didn't get all that far.

I own it, been playing it for a while now. Its fun to play and its 2007. Just proves once again that old games is still fun to play. The graphics looks good, and it moves pretty fast. I do hate backtracking sometimes tho, if i miss something.

It was a fun action shooter.  JFG and Body Harvest are two N64 games I'd like to see remakes/sequels of with more refined design, and lacking the issues associated with the hardware.

Most of the N64 library, while excellent at the time, has aged pretty poorly.  A lot of PSX games too.

I didn't like it at all, and I tried playing it a bunch of times.

It's not even the 3D that aged poorly for me. THe gameplay itself just wasn't fun any longer.
