I found out last week that after graduation he took a job at a host bar in Kabuki-cho.  He spends his time suckering women into paying him for the pleasure of his company, buying him drinks, and giving him gifts.  Also, his host name translates to "Dragon Night God" in English. 

How do I know this?  He visited the school with one of his "clients" and left his card with one of the English teachers.  I will try to take a picture of the card and post it when I get the chance, maybe next week.

Host clubs are apparently pretty common in Kabuki-cho.  Mostly frequented by off-duty hostesses, frustrated office ladies, and the like.

I've always found that the "prettyboys" tend to be the worst students in school, and many of them don't even bother going to or drop right out of high school.  Then they ride around on dinky little motor scooters, wearing sweats (wtf is the deal with this fashion craze?) and generally just looking tacky.  The girls look okay like this...kinda...but the boys look so fucking stupid and even more 80s trailer trash than before.

Teachers cut him a break, most likely.  A lot of teachers at the technical school bend over backwards to make sure the kids can graduate - giving make-up classes, make-up exams, that sort of thing.
