So it's 12:15 here, and I'm on the computer waiting for my clothes to get done washing when I hear the doorbell ring. Past fucking midnight and someone's trying to visit? I turn on the porch light and see this semi familiar chick at the door. I open, and perhaps the most awkard conversation occurs.
Phoenix: Um, hi?
Chick: Hi. Do you remember me?
Phoenix: ....no
Chick: I'm your cousin TJ!
Phoenix:...oh. I think I know you. Come in
Whe the hell?
So I let her in. I vaguely remember her. I haven't seen her in at least a decade lol, but she waltzes in as if we're buddies. Apparently she lives on campus, and she just stopped by to say hi. She said she sent me an email with her number and everything, which makes no sense: how the fuck did she get it? My mom just have given it to her, but then again my mom doesn't know my email address.
TJ: So I don't know if you party or anything, but if you want to go out one night...
Phoenix: What?
TJ: Well, just go out and party, if you're into that
Phoenix: Um...I don't party. I uh...yeah no I don't party
TJ: Ok...so anyway I work on campus at the eatery. So if you want to, just come by and we can have lunch.
Phoenix: Sure...
I didn't want to be rude, but I kept on looking at the door. She really caught me off guard. One minute I'm listening to the Princess Mononoke OST while browsing Bangbros.com, the next a chick's at my door in the middle of the night. For one faint second, it seemed like my prayers had finally been answered. Damn reletives.
