I do find it somewhat humorous that people are bracing for violent protests already in regards to comments about violent, inhuman practices of Islam.  I'm not saying the Pope didn't use some archaic text to pervert a different religion, but you've got to admit - it's humorous!

I think we'd all be better off by saying "no offense" before an inflammatory comment.
