I do want to see more than just Japan, but for me I think it would be the most handicap-friendly than other country's. And there are fellow foreigners I could talk to anyway. To me, if I'm was going to live in a big city like NY I'd rather live somewhere where it's very different and unique, rather than just a big version of where I live.
