Not buying season 2 of galatica till its all in one box set. Fuck even the first season they took out the mini series to make more money. Not much this week just a double dip on grease.

I thought the first season DID have the miniseries? That's horrendous.

Wow, that ranks about an 8 out of 10 on the "Holy shit, that's fucking bullshit" scale.

he is incorrect. The mini-series was released on its own after it aired in 2003. Then after season 1 aired Best Buy had a exclusive verison of Season 1 of BSG without the mini-series released a good 2-3 months earlier than the full season 1 set. The full season one boxset out everywhere else has the mini-series. It was NEVER removed, just a early exclusive set never had it.

Ok, I could've sworn I saw Season 1 with the mini-series packed in before, but I figured maybe they took it since I saw it.

Anyhow, I need to finish Season 2, and I can't manage to pay attention to a whole episode if I watch them on my computer. I end up looking at GAF, Evilbore, or playing a game or something. I might have to pick up the DVD set.

NO there are three versions of the set, the bestbuy one, the one with the mini series and the one without. I had to go all over town today to find a old version with the mini series in it at Walmart. Everywhere else were the sets without.

There is only two verisons of the modern verison of BSG season 1. The original pre-release exclusive one is not even for sale anymore unless you have a bestbuy that still has it stocked from july of last year.

The only season 1 still in stores is a 5 disk set. Yes you can buy the mini-series on it's own still but that is because the mini-series came out in 2003 long before they knew it would become a series.

EDIT: I just checked a bunch of online stores. None of them have this so called non-5 disk edition you know of. You must be confused.
