I'll only count the circa 2000 boy bands.

N Sync - Maybe it was my sister constant;ly gushing about JC, and her plan to wait until he was a washup, then marry him (He IS a washup, and she IS engaged, but not to him,) but I never COULD stand these idiots. N Sync was the reincarnation of The Village People.

Westlife - "I'm never gonna treat you bad, cause I never wanna see you sad..." This would get an F if it were a first grade poetry assignment, its just embarassing that 5 grown men sang this in public.

O Town - I was playing Lunar:SSSC when this band was big, and even the greatness of Lunar couldn't make me like them.

Backstreet Boys - 1 or 2 of their songs were actually decent, most were tolerable, and very few were as bad as anything from The New Village People, so I guess they win.
