Chris Benoit remembered when Mick Foley fell off the Hell in a Cell with Jim Ross yelling "AWMAHGAWD HE'S DEAD!" so he tried to jump off his dog's cage to no success.

Appearently Benoit DID put his son in some sort of choke hold :-/ and he killed himself by tieing one of the cablings on his workout bench around his neck and dropping around 200lbs worth of weights....wow....
