This is the first movie I've been excited for all year. Besides the Good, Bad and The Ugly remake

It's definitely worth watching actually.  The only other good movie this year was Knocked Up (I've seen that three times and twice legally) and so while this has some kiddy parts, it's nearly as good as The Incredibles.

Why the hell are they remaking a Clint Eastwood western?

They're not. I was just trying to start a rumor. And Knocked Up was great, actually. I forgot about it

I loved the Incredibles.  LOVED it.  So any Pixar movie that comes out, I'm always interested.  Semi-enjoyed Nemo, HATED Cars, but I think I'll like this.  They need to do a movie that parodies James Bond.  DO IT

I actually disliked it. I don't know it lacked the sort of energy of the Incredibles. Somehow I suspected Brad Bird to add a level of depth/menace to the characters that was in the Incredibles. Instead the characters were superficial.
The animation as always was though superb, personally I would of preferred if the rats didn't speak at all since they do such a good job of animating Rene (especially in the bottle scene). But I guess that's what Wall*E is going to do.
