It's not like they haven't ended the brand split once already. Still didn't really do much. IMO they should:

-Cut Raw back down to two hours. Three hours is just too damn long.
-Use the extra hour they have for another show. Like 205 Live or...
-Create an hour-long women's show, which can have women from WWE and NXT show up. Keep the women on the main shows, too- this is just a side-thing.
-End the brand split and instead rotate the rosters in and out and book based on storylines and popularity. Got some top guys in a feud that's doing well? Have them be on both WWE shows every week. Have another feud that doesn't need to be two days a week? Have them on Raw or SD and when the feud is over, start new feuds with other guys and have those guys be on other shows.

Not even everybody, which is a head-scratcher- Bianca Belair is still on NXT even though her husband Montez Ford is on Raw. Same with Nikki Cross on SD and Killian Dain back on NXT.

I think the reasoning there is that the NXT roster traditionally travels way less for their own shows, so if they want to take the time and money to travel to be with their partners they can. But realistically, Bianca is going to be on the main roster sometime this year. Or would be if Vince wasn't treating wrasslers like piles of gold and he's a dragon.

I'm actually still fine with the brand split but lord do they ever need to just cut a bunch of people.

That's just a dumb fucking reason to push someone that has to get pops or heat in 'murica, tho. I'm not saying Jinder COULDN'T have worked, but asking your audience all of a sudden out of the blue to take credibly someone that was losing on Main Event a couple weeks previously is the height of arrogance and stupidity. I mean, at the time even I was like "well at least this is saving us from a face champion Randy Orton, so whatever" but man did it suck.

Nah they can cut plenty of people and still use under utilized people. But some people don't need to be on your roster anymore if you're not going to do anything with them. Fuck man, give the Apollo Crews of the world a chance to be somebody somewhere else if you can't use them.
