Also, Braves traded for Tommy Millone, an ok middle to end of the rotation starter, for two ptb (not on the 40 man roster so likely nobodies) which was necessary given the absurd crap we've gone through this year(Soroka out, Felix opting out, Folty and Newk sent down due to ineffectiveness, Kyle Wright and Touki being too inconsistent to be relied upon, etc etc ad infinitum)
If Ian Anderson keeps up what he did in his first start, Fried stays healthy, Millone stays dependable, and Cole Hamels making progress back (he threw his 2nd bullpen of his rehab today), we might be able to cobble together a rotation for a potential postseason series
