Sad Harley all alone.
Have they lit the Bioware people on fire yet?
the rest were either "normal" or Demi-size. Maybe not even that big.
Y'all procure any Guild Wars 2 beta codes?
Also I don't see the big deal over cosplay. I mean if we're gonna say you shouldn't be ashamed to play a handheld in public is it really that much different to say it's fine to dress up for a few days at a gaming convention?

They have them there? I'll see if I can get one for you.
Yeah, haven't seen any Jokers, I guess all the cosplayers figured since they'd never reach Mark Hamill's level they shouldn't bother. That hasn't stopped any other cosplayers... ever.

I saw that game on the show floor thought it looked pretty sick. I will buy it to support fellow boreans :bow
A 3DS game is not "game of the show" - did you even try shit? Borderlands 2 hello? smh. underage.
Isn't spirit camera just some garbage AR shit? no wonder why there wasn't a line

It was actually pretty good. The AR is only half the game and it's handled well. The other half is basically Fatal Frame.
I thought everyone here says gamers have crap taste all the time, well it's doubly true for Spirit Camera. :'(
Game is gonna massive-bomba. I wonder if it'll outsell Xenoblade (US)...
Oh NoA, you so kooky with your localization choices.
What were Fatal Frame 1-3's sales Oscar?
I was iffy on the re-title at first, but with the new title and AR gimmicks and apparently more NoA muscle than Xenoblade or Last Story are ever likely to get (not saying much admittedly, hell Xseed has TLS), I wonder if it'll do decently. Well, decent relative to the series. Which means slightly above "not good."
Oh and Sho and I were wondering if you ever met him while he was in Japan. Or played Tetris with him.
It's hard to find data on stuff that sold so low. Fatal Frame 1, I can't find anything on. Fatal Frame 2 sold under 50k on PS2 and under 10k on Xbox. Fatal Frame 3 was under 20k. I'm not expecting anything decent for Spirit Camera. Even if NoA gets behind it, it's not a great match for the 3DS audience. RE opened just under 100k - something like Spirit Camera I'd expect about 50k in a best case scenario, probably more like 20-30k in reality, though.
As for Sho - yes, we met once in Japan at an Otaru night. He was gushing about GTA4 (which had just come out) most of the time, and had his computer with him because his job was that damn busy. He also met me an even longer time ago when we both worked for IGN Dreamcast. E3 2000, I think.

Skulls is totally modeled on Advance Wars and Tactics, but without menu surfing and traffic jams.
Skulls is totally modeled on Advance Wars and Tactics, but without menu surfing and traffic jams. I quit working for Square Japan and moved to Haunted Temple in January so I'm still getting up to speed on all the subtle nuances of the game but it's a blast in multiplayer and the campaign mode is really damn funny.
Demi, the PAX trailer I cut was really fast paced and was just to get people's attention on the show floor. A bunch of people recorded short narrated walkthroughs that go into the nitty gritty of how the game works, once those get uploaded I'll pass them along and you can see if it's your cup of tea or not

What platforms is skullz going out on?
However, while some conventions will let you get away with wearing practically nothing, others such as PAX East do have rules about that sort of thing.
So when professional cosplayer Jessica Nigri showed up dressed as Juliet Starling from Lollipop Chainsaw — in a pink spandex suit with a more than plunging “neck-line” — she was asked to either leave the show or change into something more appropriate.
After changing into another Lollipop Chainsaw costume she had apparently worn the day before, without any issue, she was asked to leave yet again

Yup. It's such a shitty con it's become the biggest gaming convention in the world in a matter of a handful of years.
these two things are probably related somehow

Windows 8, Windows Phone 7, and Xbox Live Arcade. Microsoft is publishing (if it wasn't obvious.) I think Sho said it'll launch with Windows 8? Or something like that.

I'm gonna have to check out Sho Nuff's game when it gets released... for some reason I love it when SRPGs eschew grid based movements for more circular type ranges (Phantom Brave, Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits, Dragon Quarter)... didn't know you worked for SE Japan though, that's interesting. What did you do there if you don't mind me asking?
He got Tetsuya Nomura's coffee and spit-shined Tsuyoshi Sekito's shoes.
I'm not 100% certain what the compatibility will be for the Win8 App Store version. I gotta look into that.Sho's totes that dude that headed the translation of Vagrant Story and did the spoken word bridge in that Otherworld song from FFX.QuoteHe got Tetsuya Nomura's coffee and spit-shined Tsuyoshi Sekito's shoes.
:bow Sekito-san, gentleman and scholar :bow2
At Square I started in the International Dep't and was their in-house editor for a few years. Switched over to a bizdev/producer role after that. Made the jump to work on Skulls as my midlife crisis after ten years working for Square -- now I do a ton of motion graphics / frontend / sound / video work. Good times, INDIE 4 LYFE (or as long as it pays, anyway)
Hay Andrex, thanks for the code. Spent gruesome minutes trying to validate it over a spotty-at-best EDGE connection. When I'm back with society I shall properly offer body parts or services. :-*
Nope, he's the guy who snuck reirom into their games.
