I never thought a game could outdo ZoE2 in terms of OMG graphics on PS2, but Okami just did in my opinion. The story thus far has been great and the mechanics have that touch of old school Capcom magic I love oh so much. Only 30 minutes in but its been great so far.

I cant believe how many great games are coming out for ps2 this year, its nuts.

Just played three hours of it. Painting trees back to life is oddly satisfying, as is paint-slashing old dudes when their backs are turned. Did the first mini-dungeon in Hana Hills, which was fun, but I'm jonesin' for a REAL boss fight.

I think this is just a case of GAF liking it so Evilbore must rebel against the 'wacky jappy' when in fact Okami sold shit in Japan so wtf guys.

All I get from everyone here is CIRCLES ARE HARD TO PAINT which is false cause come on, how distinguished mentally-challenged are your gaming skills if you cant paint a circle. I also get ITS GAY a lot which doesnt even have much backing.

The 'visuals arent that good' argument may be subjective, but its in the minority. Then there's the over-simplification of the gameplay with dashes of absurdity to try and make the game sound unreasonable and tedious, when in fact it is neither.

Im sure ill get some bashful eye emoticons, some more youre gay stuff, or XXX > Okami reponses, but I know what game all of you are playing at now.

I watched denise play it, and she was going through it quickly. The whole concept of the game really sucks for me. Some stupid god trying to gain her powers back. It's just boring, I reaaaally hate the drawing thing

I don't have any fucking trouble drawing a circle I'm not some fucking distinguished mentally-challenged fellow. I'm really very good at practically any video game I pick up. I remember Nintendo 64 Starcraft at E399. The booth lady that was demostrating it to me was really attractive but I think she new the game sucked. I talked it up like it was 'kinda' impressive then left her to her MISERY.
