Like TVC just mentioned, they're mostly known for D, D2, Enemy Zero, and Real Sound (which was Japan only). They were very experimental/artsy-fartsy, but their games are pretty much unplayable. For example, Enemy Zero was a rip-off of the original Alien movie, except the alien in the game is invisible, and you have to rely on an instrument that makes a sound to tell when it's close by and what direction it's coming from. Interesting in concept, but the execution was awful.
Eno supposedly started working on video games again a couple of years back, but I haven't heard anything about projects he may be working on...so who knows what's up with that...but the people who worked for him did Ico and SOTC and they seem to have emulated his basic ideas about gameplay and aesthetics.
