Meyers Briggs Personality Tests

I am not much of a psych person, but has anybody ever taken the test? I've taken them online quite frequently and almost always end up as an INTJ, the "Mastermind". Introverted intellectual with a preference for finding certainty. A builder of systems and the applier of theoretical models. 2.1% of total population. What's even funnier is that apparently I am attracted to INFJs, the rarest of all the personality types (probably why I have trouble finding women I really click with).

I'm an INTJ, and I tend to date ENTPs or ENFJs. Despite being a small percentage of the population, there's a lot of INTJs being anti-social on message boards, baby!

I'm INFP.  Weird to think that you would be what I'm like, if I were female and more extroverted.  Seriously, I don't know if the tests mean much.  The school made us take the test to anticipate possible academic weaknesses but I seriously doubt it did anything for anyone.  It was the only test we enjoy taking though.  lol  The environment and people can do much to change one's inherent personality.

Yeah, but you consciously or even subconsciously do stuff to compensate for quirks in your personality. So if you do stuff that's not really part of your inherent personality, then are your inherent personality traits really part of your true nature?     Psychiatry/psychology are interesting but they also seem like a bunch of illogical BS sometimes.  I guess that's why it's the least popular specialty.  Hollywood made Psychiatry glamorous but in reality, it's at the bottom of the list for most aspiring doctors.

Fuk that.  I hate that crap.  My friend's brother is a genius who graduated from MIT but since he got converted to Scientology, he's been donating every dime he makes to the "church".  He remained loyal to Scientology even when his whole family threatened to disown him. 

Also, a lot of doctors really look down on Psychiatrists and as far as I know, most of them are not scientologists.  Many people just don't choose to be Psychiatrists, simpy because of the prestige, or lack thereof.

That seems accurate.  Everyone bitches at me about criticizing shows and movies, but I think I'm fairly good at it, and more importantly, it entertains me.  My actualized type is identical to my preferred type, too.  So I guess I am largely who I want to be. . .

Everything you do is based on judgements you make.  You make them whether you're aware of it or not, and you make them based on your own internal frame of reference.  I'm not really sure how you could do something contrary to your "true nature" without being aware you are doing it.

Okay, the test linked says I'm an INTJ who prefers ENTPs, which is as expected (and stated earlier).

However it also says I'm an adapted/preferred ESTJ, which I haven't seen before.

Also, apparently this is splitting hairs:

by mismatch I mean tilting one way or another. imbalance? most of my answers, for both myself and others, were in the 52/48 range.
