Man, people need to quit with the hate FO REALZ. Capcom USA is really taking the time to ensure HD Remix will be a good game. The netplay is going to be ultra-optimised and follow the stuff people have been doing with the PC emulators for incredibly smooth online experiences. I think they're going all-out, which is surprising for a $10 downloadable title. Plus if you don't like the UDON art, you can play the original game too.
Initially I thought Street Fighter IV would be X360/PS3 as per usual but I'm thinking if it's 2D it could also be on Wii. Capcom doesn't give a fuck about the Wii but it could be an easy, waggle-free port, possibly supporting the classic controller as well.
It might also be on PSP.
I think it will be an arcade game first, and if it's not new hardware, it will be on Taito's Type X2 board or Sony's System 246/256 boards.
it's made by the developers of everyday golf... i'm pretty sure they're going to re-use a lot of their assets from that game.
This game was already shown a month or two back, if not longer. It looks like Everybody's Golf with waggle. Nothing new about it, and not a surprise with this kind of game.
i didn't like the trailer. ryu and ken still look exactly the same they did in sf3, it's 3d and there isn't anything else about it. hopefully it'll be like dmc4, in the sense that the game looks pretty different from the first 2 trailers.
It's a teaser trailer. The game isn't going to look anything like that. It would be fucking amazing IF it did, but it won't. What the trailer confirms is that Capcom Japan is clearly the ones working on this game.

Street Fighter is a Capcom USA franchise now, I dont expect it to have sprites or even be 2d. my expectations are pretty slow, I would like to be blown away but I dont think it'll happen.

It's a TEASER TRAILER. IT'S NOT THE GAME. IT'S NOTHING LIKE A GAME. Capcom USA has the main rights, but Capcom Japan still does Street Fighter stuff. Did you play Fighters Generation (the Street Fighter Alpha Anthology) on PS2?
It says "Capcom USA" on the copyright, but Capcom Japan did all the work.
