Where Q is the quality of a given anime and T is the title sequence, you can derive Q from the following formula: Q=T/1000.

The same way you evaluate everything. Anime title sequences are always fuck awesome and then the shows are like 95% god awful fucking dialogue, 2.5% pretty character designs and 2.5% actually compelling viewing.

I've just come to hate any show where the characters have magical powers, live in a fantasy universe, or where the main character is tied to an odd gimmick that makes him/her special. It's like, I'm a 26 years-old man, I want to sit through a good story, not through stupid kiddy bullshit!

I almost only like shows that have a mostly serious tone, and that have absolutely no supernatural elements to them now.

Well, admittedly anime is distinctly lacking in the Disney princesses that Gay Boy loves so much. A 20 meter mecha can't really compete with Ariel the mermaid or Princess Jasmine, lol

I oddly don't like the disney princess cartoon movies much lol. I havent seen a disney animated movie in YEARS but my favorites when I was young enough were more the stuff like Sword in the Stone and Robin Hood.
