I don't think you can really accuse someone of having low ratings, especially as a talking point to paint him as unpopular, when he has the highest ratings on his particular network. He can only go as high as the ceiling.

Furthermore, looking at the ratings, he's ahead of CNN in his timeslot, and ranks ahead of O'Reilly in some demographics.
