It's really not though. I'm pretty much as big a Burnout fan as they come. Stunt mode is fucking awful, the final game isn't going to fix this. I'll probably end up still buying it, but there's no way it's going to be "amazing."

It grows on you the more you play it, but it's not Burnout. I usually don't play racing games (with the exception of Burnout Revenge), and even I can tell something is lacking. I still maintain there will be some form of Crash Mode DLC before it's all said and done.

Yeah because Burnout 3, Revenge and Dominator were all ruined by EA. This is what Criterion wanted to make. If EA was making it every fucking game would be the same except for minor graphic updates..

While this is true, I'll give them credit for trying something new in the world of burnout. I wouldn't mind a Open world burnout if they kept the balls to the wall speed and shit yourself crashes. I'd also like radio choices and not DJ Atomica every fucking second unless I'm not racing or in an event.

Open world racing games suck. They should have known better than to put that in Burnout.

You guys are whining too much, there's like 350 events in the full game, the map is huge, and you can always load a custom soundtrack. If you find yourself driving around aimlessly listening to DJ whatthefuckever all the time, then you're probably just stupid

no one wants to drive around a map, the events in the demo were boring so why should we have faith in the full game?
