I'm Jewish, so Xmas = LOLZ to me, but back home we'd always go to my aunt's house for a Christmas day dinner with big hams and turkeys and stuff. But in Japan? Nothing. I went with my wife to the in-laws house for a full day of sitting around bored while my wife printed out hundreds of new years' cards. The in-laws only came home at night, and we went to eat a traditional Xmas dinner of udon, soba, tempura, and tonkatsu.
