I told Jobs that I had sat down with Microsoft's Robbie Bach last week at the Consumer Electronics Show. I mentioned that Bach was particularly optimistic about the new Zune, that it was now a worthy alternative to Apple's iPod.Asked Jobs: "Was he inebriated? Do you even know anyone who owns a Zune?"
sounds like jobs needs to be cut down a notch

I've actually started noticing sound quality issues with songs with heavy bass on my iPod Classic...obnoxious enough I'm thinking of switching to Team Zune
how much does that zune stereo thingy cost
The 30GB Zune is good. But it's bulky, the batteries drain quickly, and the shuffle sucks. I should not hear the same song three times within a two day span. And I should not hear four Beatles songs in a row. *I have about 20 gigs of music on it.

I love my 4GB Zune. It's insanely portable and light, has enough capacity to carry around a ton of music and a few videos, the interface is more intuitive than the iPod Nano and better features to boot (wireless sync, radio, Zune Social, etc.).

One of the reasons it caught on so well is because the interface is so fucking straightforward. Also is that huge ass text really how the interface looks on the Zune?
