I set up an okcupid account a couple years ago and never got any responses. That probably has to do with my never bothering to write up a self-description, but I really thought my aura of awesomeness would be so overpowering that I wouldn't need one. I'm not good at self-promotion.

For the most part, probably. I signed up to test this and have gotten many results from non-religious women. Most of whom are professionals.
