My story:
I sit on the first floor, and get Soul Absorbed by enemies, so all my Immortals had Critical HP (but at least more than 1 HP, so Persistence would kick in).
At the end, I swapped Sed for Jansen, thinking I could use his Double Cast to pinch off some Reflects (You can nullify Annihilation with a simple Reflect, did you know that?)
Turn 1: Everyone slams him with Reversa, Killalon counters with Forceus and takes Jansen out... oops. He casts Generatus (he ALWAYS casts Generatus)
Turn 2: The reflect round (he ALWAYS casts Reflect). Had each immortal Double Cast 1 Reflect, and 1 Reversa, and hope for the best. You need to pinch off three Reversas to get rid of his Reflect -- VERY NECESSARY, he gains 20k HP per round, you want to attack with no remorse.) This works extremely in my favor. Kaim absorbs an attack, the other two are hit, but Persistence kicks in for both.
Turn 3: Kaim has 9999 HP, so he's stuck to Divide, he's out this turn (takes 2 turns for some reason), the rest slam the Reversa. He comes back with Annihilation -- but Reflect actually WORKS, and it reflects back onto him (I freaked and thought he casted it twice). Unfortunately, he is immune to even the end of the world.
Turn 4: 60k HP left, my fingers are crossed, and he's charging for another Annihilation. I am unsure if Reflect is still on my characters, so it's all or nothing. This time Kaim is in the battle, and pinches off double Divide, while Seth finishes the job with the final Reversa (Killalon would have been next after... and my possible demise).
So, I win. Yay!
