Okay, so the ASPCA is having a "My Furry Valentine" photo contest thing, and I'm submitting a photo of Melanie. I don't think I'll win anything, but I just think she's awesome and want to share her with the world.

These are the photo requirements:
Photos must be of print quality—minimum 1600 x 1200 pixels, 300dpi, and in JPG file format, please.
The photo I'm submitting is 2176 x 1696 pizels and 2.2MB in size, but how do I determine if it's at least 300dpi? I don't want it disqualified over something stupid like that.
I have Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and Paint Shop Pro 7 at my disposal, if there's something I can do using either of those programs.
