Ok so what is up with this trend of great ideas for gameworlds but horrible story telling? First with Splinter Cell: DA now with Gears wtf is this trend. Anywas the ending is like cop-out wheres some real substance for stories? Yes i expect a compelling story in these games. Maybe thats my fault but damnit ending gears the way they did was bullshit.

Wow this game rocks, had a hard time at that round little area where you have to seal those locust holes, but it sure gave me an incentive to learn run n gun sure won't help you in this game. :lol

Must have died 20 times, at this place. (hardcore difficulty)

I think I got down the controls now.

The diving should help you out Viz. Learn to use the diving and the cover to your advantage. Also doing the rodi run to new cover is good. Go for headshots if at all possible. And learn the timing of the reloads and the sound of your clip being exchanged. Once you get that down and the timing you'll have faster reloads.

Gears of War is fun

My only issue with it has to either do with the Framerate or Texturing. Either one (or maybe both double teaming my eyes) are giving me a headache after some extended play.

Its a fun game though. I like the cover system a lot, makes the game feel less mindless. Its cool flanking the enemy from a good position and taking out a bunch of locusts by yourself.

I also just ran into my first Berserker...omg that was awesome

I need to get an Xbox Live! Gold Subscription :>

The multiplayer is so awesome, fuck warzone though, execution is where its at, I just got done playing with people who KNEW how to act like a team, and everyone was talking man, calling out enemys, providing cover fire, leading the team into battle. I swear we played for like 4+ hours, fun as hell.

Now that i've spent some serious time with multiplayer. HOLY FUCK!

I love it going around a map and chainsawing guys to bits. I was so damn good on the clock tower level th at i was able to get all four of them with the chainsaw. But sad thing is you dont get an achivement for that. Which i think you should after that much ownage.

I'm looking for ward to a game with all you guys maybe tuesday this week we can all get together and kick some ass.

Is it just me or are all the maps really well balanced out? Except for levels that have the Hammer of dawn cause that shit is crappy laggy.

A friend brought it over this weekend and this part was fucking awesome.  So much going on, it was incredible.  The best part though was when you're in the hall and you're going to open the door and the screeching things come in.  Turn your surround sound up and spin in circles, it's awesome! ... or maybe only when you're drunk.

Ok i cant stand it. Listening to terry tates song in the credits of GoW rocks so much i dont know why but its great.

I was so happy i beat all the bosses on hardcore. That was an intense 30 minutes.

Thats what I thought too, the over the shoulder gameplay looks pretty similar to RE4s.

Although I havent played this yet    :(
