Busy day at work but not bad. I have a very ambitious dinner planned-lamb steaks with a middle eastern style rub served with a sauce made of fresh pear and garnished with pear slices. Side will be a bulgur, apricot, and almond mixture. Should be pretty easy to pull off (I've only made this dish with once, and with quince instead of pears) before, but I'm always anxious before preparing a somewhat challenging meal.
New patch for EU: Rome went up today and fixed a lot of serious problems. Going to give it a spin after dinner if the wife isn't interested in watching a movie.
