Aye was a light week for me - just HAZE.

So far im giving it a 5/10 - I think its better than some reviewers say, and I haven't hit any critical bugs (except for the fact that I once crossed a checkpoint while on fire and had to start my entire campaign over because every time I continued I would start on fire and die in like 45 seconds....no way to fix it that I could find - It doesnt have a "restart level" option, just an option to restart from the last checkpoint where as BAM yer on fire...over and over

Im gonna take a week or 2 break from this and see if they roll some patches.
Other than that the game does some cool stuff - the online is a blast. FEels like they are going for a Shadowrun-ish type of game. Haze feels like its meant for Shadowrun squad vs vigilantes type online gameplay primarily with a story mode tacked on to help define the game universe better. Having said that - alot of the focus stuff and off colors, and =stuff= will be familiar to anyone whose ever been a microdot muncher. A game that tries to give you the feeling of being a stimulant/hallucinogenic driven soldier. It also makes the dosed characters seem more real than some of the reviewers seem to think. Have you ever been around some kind of pro football player or extremely torqued redneck on LSD? I have seen it, and your squad members in Haze sometimes fit the bill of an army jock on delusional drugs as well. I will say that some of the dialog is just way too much....and just BAD per the review sites.
HAZE is definately a videogame that people who have 'been there' can relate to more. I can see someone who hasnt 'been there' thinking WTF!?!?!? about many things.
Definately not for the SELECTIVE buyer. High volume gamers or collectors should nab this at clearance prices years from now just because its a video game that tries to simulate hallucinogenic influenced battlefield combat.
