Wow, that's pretty awesome that they provide a live feed of the whole thing.  I wish I had four hours spare to watch the whole process.

Yeah mars landings are . The reason success rates have gone up recently are those airbag delivery systems for pathfinder/spirit/opportunity. They require a lot less finesse. I think Landers require the thrust landing tho.
