Yeah, the whole parody movie concept has been pretty badly abused as of late. I'm not sure if it's just nostalgia, but I remember parody movies of my time to be a good deal more witty. Or at least not as frequently released. But the real shame is that they rake in the loot.
But then you expect this to be bad. Same with Ghost Ship, which would otherwise take the crown from Shooter. There's nothing in the plot, and certainly nothing in the line-up of actors, that suggests that Shooter should be a bad movie. But it was fucking horrible.
