Big surprise there. 

Sony first party stuff has never been interesting to me. I liked Sly Racoon, Buzz, Ape Escape, ICO and Loco Roco but that's about it. Things like R2 and new Jak & Daxter or God Of War really don't interest me.

This wasn't an issue for PSP or PS2 since they have great third party exclusives. PS3 does not have this so their first party stuff is what sells the console.

I figure that Fumito Ueda and Team ICO will hold off on announcing their title until TGS in October.

I'm excited for Little Big Planet, Infamous, Resistance 2, Buzz! Quiz TV and God of War III. But, they're all western developed titles. Aside from Polyphony and some 2nd parties (Level 5 and Game Republic), Sony's Japanese teams are awfully quiet or still working on PS2/PSP.

That's my fear too, but Team ICO is such hardcore fan's favorite. Maybe they're working on multiple projects, a new ICO game and that rumored PSN SOTC co-op remake (I can dream).

Sony must kick themselves for the Home thing. MS basically took a couple of the interesting community features (consistent party and game-hopping with XBL up to 8 players, netflix movie watching together), the 'avatars' and cut out a lot of the fat that caused Sony to delay it for the past years. MS might even release it before Home. It really is baffling.
Though it also seems they're standardizing some of the Halo 3 online features (party, theater mode, access marketplace from PC)

I'll bet we're going to see a lot of stuff about that DC Universe Online MMO from Sony, even though it's a 2009 game.  Little bits of info and some early screenshots have already been trickling out for the past month or so.  That might be the first MMO I commit to playing regularly if it looks cool.

You can't play as any of the heroes or villains, but supposedly it has a City of Heroes style of character creation so you could get pretty close.  You'll interact with the heroes and villains of DCU, so I'd guess a Lobo appearance or mission is a pretty safe bet.  Apparently "events" will effect the game world - say if they have some sort of "Infinite Crisis" event, the damage and whatnot will be reflected across everyone's game.

I just am so sick of the bland brown and grey art style every game seems to have nowadays, I like a bit of color in my games... Oblivion looked nicer. Also I always thought Fallout was more of an RPG but this looks like an FPS with some strange turn-based hybrid popping up on occasion. And the marching band style music would get annoying REALLY fast for me.

Killing Day wasn't a Sony game. And yeah, we can be fairly certain that God of War III is in development and that it will come out. Hell, God of War II was considered for PS3 development, but I guess they wanted it out on a platform that could support it at the time.
