I just want to (permanently) lose my burden of intelligence, and there are few ways to do that effectively / quickly. I've seen some legitimate research papers on the subject...

kestastrophe: nintendo?
I'm confused, is it now exclusive on 360 or something? Because that's the only way I can understand these people's reactions.
Yeah, Nintendo fans will NEVER be trumped as the craziest bunch of console freaks out there.

I think Sony fans of today are comparable to Sega fans more than Nintendo fans if anything. Nintendo fans have become even more sickening this gen because Nintendo is getting rich off a gimmick.

Hey - we are comparing current-gen sfags to past nintenfags, the ones that lost everything with GameCube but were so zealous and devoted they didn't even see it.Present nfags are totally different story. They are also very sickening BTW.
If Resistance is pulling 22gb on the BD, I'd imagine S-E's flagship efforts will be as impressive if not more so.If they tried it on the X360, there'd definetly have to be significant compromises. Plus FFXIII has probably got the best looking hair in any game shown so far, so without CELL, it could be difficult to pull off. You might end up with DOA4 style hair (tentacular!) For something like FFXIII... you could imagine them needing at the very least 5 gigs of texture data (I'm estimating more likely in the region of 15; when you consider FFXI is mostly texture data; at low res, but the game along with the expansion packs are in the region of what... 8 gigs?), you've only got 2 gigs left to cram in audio and FMV... so how many discs would you need for a FF game then (if they replicate the game data in each disc)? People would balk, and S-E would balk.
