Well, they most likely don't sound twice as good as $150 earbuds but that's how audio stuff works. As you get to the higher of the spectrum, the price/performance curve increasingly flattens.
Anyways, back to the original question, I can hear my heart beating when there's no sound, is that getting a bit too deep?
Also, how do you pull off the plugs? I couldn't get them off by twisting and I didn't want to use too much force.
