OSU: 42
UM: 39
Good game, good game. Definitely have to give congrats to OSU here: they played a great game and deserved to win. Troy Smith is the Heismann, end of story; fuck Brady Quinn.
But this was an amazing, amazing game all around. Despite Michigan losing, this was the best game I've seen in years; I wish I could have gone to see it, and I can't wait for blackAcid to get back and post her experience there.
As a Michigan fan, I can't be bitter. Both teams played hard, and this was a classic game. Michigan made some mistakes, and I think Carr made more than a couple coaching mistakes. I'll save the complaining for a later post, but let's just say Mike Hart should have gotten the ball much more in the late third/early fourth quarter.
Alas, we might see a rematch for the championship. If Notre Dame beats USC next week there could be a chance that OSU and UM play again for teh championship. I hope that happens, even if I have to cheer for Notre Dame.
Once again, good game. I'm proud of Michigan.
