i want that v-shape, too--it's one of the reasons why i started working out. how long did it take you?
I've been working out for 6 months now. First 4 months was every other day of the week and at month 5 I started going in every day of the week.
These past two weeks have been light though, almost a vacation. But next week I'll be hitting it hard again.
The main thing is to weightlift and do some light cardio. You don't even have to do 30 minute jogs everyday. I've persona lost a lot of my chubby look just from working out and cutting out drinking Soda daily.
I really need to stick with jogging though. Instead of being chubby, I now have that "Bulky Bodybuilder" look, which is freakin awesome when compared to how I looked before :'( . I'm sure if I stay on a jogging regimen, I can burn off a good amount of my bodyfat.
