why can't people on this forum take other member's posts for what they are instead of misconstruing them to fit their agenda?
... because you are already known to be a liar with an agenda?
The general ethic around here, joking aside, is that any game is open game and the "you are a fanboy" fall back bullshit has remained just that.
It would be a lot easier to give you slack if your opinion wasn't a simple black and white "SONY AWESOME/MS ALL SHIT". There are hardly any posters on here who are so clearly binary with their preference, who are unable to see any fault in their chosen platform, who will lie and spin bullshit to prop up their illinformed asshat agenda.
So that is why you are standing out like a big flashing distinguished mentally-challenged fellow becon, then your 2-3 hangers on flinging in with what amounts to "you go girl! Up the Sony!" just makes it all the more laughable that you are unable to "get" what is going on.
closest thing i've done to 'lying' is that halo 3 incident back on GAF, which was ancient and i even apologized, despite the fact that i never really lied about anything.
you're not the only one on bore or GAF who has convinced themself that differing opinions must be attributed to corporate or brand name fanboyism. i'm not saying there aren't true fanboys who will stick with a company or game through any situation, but i'm not one of them. i've been called a gamecube fanboy, a ps2 fanboy, a PC fanboy, and more recently a sony fanboy; it just depends on the current conversation and it can all be attributed to people like you who can't properly cope with differing opinions. it's a matter of policy and game library for me (though, you may be too arrogant to think someone could possibly prefer different games legitimately without this described
agenda
). sony and microsoft do have a difference in policy, and unless microsoft and sony decide to swap policies, i will trend toward siding with sony more often because their current policies are more agreeable with me. but when microsoft does something that i think is great, like achievements or to allow installing games to the hdd, i have no problem praising those (yes, i've been an achievement proponent from the beginning). and when sony pulls a qore, i speak against that, too. but you conveniently decide to disregard these instances. it's very convenient for you to reply with the same trolls over and over. this is a phenomenon i've seen a few times on forums and it's quite amusing.
you want an example of someone spinning bullshit? how bout the OP of this thread, who claims i think MS is doomed with the last NPD -- even on Bore's own NPD thread, i was predicting MS would likely take back 2008 in the fall. but according to you, what i
really meant by "MS will likely take back 2008 in the fall" is "MS is DOOMED."

this is a very common theme on bore and gaf. i am accused of saying things i didn't say, i call them on it, and they reply with "we all
know what you
really meant!" it is pathetic and amazingly immature.
it doesn't get much more hypocritical than this. you lie in the form of false accusations. you're spinning my posts to fit your agenda under the justification that my posts are... somehow not what they are and that i have some hidden agenda that you've decided exists

. that it's okay to disregard what my posts actually say because apparently you already know what they
really mean because of my
secret agenda.
it doesn't get much more sad than that. well, until you fabricate another false persona to preach against.
