another friend came into town last night and we played wii games

he's getting one "for his kids" now

so that's two i've sold

Initial impressions, 360 compressed audio is horse shit compared to uncompressed audio on PS3 through 5.1.

Doesn't matter how good the audio is - I would still embarrass you

i don't understand why they would make mario kart such a cheap piece of shit in the 100cc and above races

it's bound to frustrate children and make them cry

Mario Kart Wii is probably the most unfair one yet, the Mirror levels are completely atrocious.

I got golds in everything through 150cc IIRC, but I couldn't even bring myself to finish some of the Mirrors.

finally got NOLF2 fixed and running and then proceeded to beat it in one sitting.

i was playing wow, but ugh.  after playing Conan and WAR, there are some annoying design choices that I have to go back and deal with.

Got a PSP this weekend and picked up Wipeout Pure and Hot Shots Golf cheaply while waiting for my Pandora battery and 8 gig mem stick and I LOVE those two games omg.

Also played like an hour of Rock Band.  Don't have much interest in it until RB2 comes out, though.

I'm very-extremely-likely moving back to the States by early next year.  Gonna live with my folks while my wife goes to an ESL school and I go back to school.  Anyway point being that my father is telling me about an upstairs room that my folks redid into a living room.  "Yeah, there's a 32" HDTV you can use, a new 20" iMac, and a Wii."  I froze on that last part.     Guess they must have really liked Wii Sports, holy shit.
