They had a lottery drawing for the Japenese PSN if you downloaded the theme. Enter the code under account management.

I just got a Japanese beta code in my email, too. Groo gets first dibs, but if he already has one, it's fair game. Please note you'll need to download it from a Japanese PSN account.

If it's anything like sharing, I imagine you can play it on any name as long as the acct is still there

Finally managed to download the beta (thanks a lot distantmantra!). I finished the tutorial levels, but since it's japanese I have no idea how to search for specific levels

Really want to try some tailor made user created platforming levels.
Sackboy is more responsive than I thought, but I sometimes fumble a bit with horizontal depth...mostly when it comes to grabbing stuff that is in a certain depth line.

Sackboy needs a wall jump move and he needs to grab ledges to climb up. The absence of those moves kinda ruin the gameplay at times.

You can, but there's a 24 hour lock out built into it, so if you share it with someone else, you're locked out for 24 hours.

it's a bit overwhelming

i don't think i'll upload any levels during the beta, just mess around with the tools and plot out what i want to do when the game is released

there are a lot of levels to play and learn from

Welcome to The Overlook Hotel is a good level, decent challenge and length
