I'm a little confused I think what you guys refer to as "Kebab" is what we call "Shawerma" Because this is what you get if you order "Kebab" in the ME:(right beef, left chicken)Don't know who's right though, might as well ask someone Turkish.

I'm actually curious about Japan in respect to foodstuffs... can you get high quality Italian/Indian/Mexican/etc food in the big cities like you can in America? Do they put a Japanese spin on everything?
