According to a report by Sports Illustrated, Alex Rodriguez tested positive for anabolic steroids in 2003, when he was with the Texas Rangers and won the AL home run title and MVP award.According to the report, which was posted Saturday morning on SI.com, sources told the publication that Rodriguez was on a list of 104 players who tested positive that year, when Major League Baseball conducted survey tests to see if mandatory, random drug-testing was needed.

It's interesting how his name was the only one revealed so far, and that Bonds wasn't on it.
so they've known about this for 6 years yet it's only being released now?

Seriously, I don't want to live in a world where Jose Canseco is continually proven to be the purveyor of truth.

Only A-Rod's name has been leaked, which is kinda bullshit.
Triumph insulting cajole's team is like one outhouse insulting another for being too full.
What team loses more games this year: the Jays or Braves?

Maybe they should start a new hardcore league just for roid users.

I've felt this way since October. I really don't care about any of the other sports nearly as much.
So, besides Manny, who the Braves would likely not get, who else is left as a quality outfield player for the Braves to go after?
There's Abreu, Dunn and either Xavier Nady or Nick Swisher. We'd have to trade for the latter two with the Yanquis, so I dunno about that. We also really need to sign Will Ohman, our stud lefty reliever to a deal. We lowballed Glavine, but fuck Glavine. Stick one of our young dudes in at number 5, we're not gonna seriously compete this year anyhow.
Hahah ... just curious, were you ever a fan as a kid?I was probably a Football fan first and everything else next. I only think I liked baseball because of the cards and This Week in Baseball. As I have grown older, baseball has only become more beloved to me. But I completely understand why some people wouldn't like it.
Yeah, you New Yorkers and your things to do and your real jobs. Triumph, you live in NORTH CAROLINA, home of UNC, WAKE, NCST, and the hated Duke. Don't tell you don't live in a place obsessed with college sports.
