Wolverine is horrible. Really bad. There are about ten thousand plot destorying holes, horrocious acting, bad pacing, weird cameos, mangling of characters. It's easily the worst movie I've seen in years.

Wolverine, the man with super smell and senses can't tell that his wife is covered in fake blood? Also, I have no idea why she pretended to be dead.

Also, ADAMNATIUM BULLETS IS THE GREATEST NEW LOL PLOT DEVICE. They make him lose his memory? Why exactly? Also, we never learn why Sabertooth and Wolverine hate each other. Except that Vietnam drove Sabertooth crazy? What? [/spoiler]

Punisher: War Zone, however, is the best that it could be. Fucking awesome action, bad ass characters, great tone. And a pretty film to boot. Nice colors. Good commentary track, too.

But, god. Wolverine is like. Ed Wood.

I watched it and was speechless at what I was witnessing.

Apparently, at least according to AICN, this was the cut that prompted even Fox to realize what a giant steamer had just been released and made them to order re-shoots.

Wolverine is the most offensive movie I have seen in years.

Punisher is fucking awesome, I hope they continue the series as direct to video movies.

I hate to disagree. But no, Wolverine was great for a Marvel film. That's right. I fuckin' liked it better then Ironman. Best X-men film I've seen. Don't hate me for that. It's called taste.
The intro was awesome, but Gambit was absolutely shit. So was the fact that Deadpool was in the film for only 5 minutes.

okay...so maybe the film was not that good... Infact, it was bad

Marvel has had a pretty good track record so far of making their own movies.
