Aight, after trying out all of my games, I've decided to them in this order:

1. Portal 2 w/ Super Meat Boy
2. Mirror's Edge
3. Sonic Unleashed
4. Outland
5. Splosion Man
6. Saints Row 2
7. Deadly Premonition (how long is this)
8. Fable 2
9. RE5 dlc
10. Batman: Arkham Asylum (how long is this)

Arkham Asylum is about 15 hours or so. More if you do all the challenge maps, less if you don't 100% the story mode.

Doesn't Arkham City come out this year?  You should bump that one to the top, or at least before Fable 2, SR2, and Twin Peaks Nihon since they can soak up a lot of time.

Got Daifukkatsu Black Label today. Credit fed once through the main game with Type-C Strong style. Not much to say about that besides lol at Strong having Tsuujou bullet patterns. Shit's ridiculously hard. I'll stick with Power, thanks. And of course, I credit fed through the Ketsui arrange, which was also pretty hard. Game's fun at first glance, and just like 1.5, it looks amazing. I can't wait to see what Akai Katana looks like in glorious full 2D HD.

And the Black Label soundtrack is SO GOOD. Probably Cave's best since DOJ/Ketsui (and Akai Katana's OST is even better)

Metro 2033 is pretty fun

I read that playing on the Ranger modes was the best way to go (I guess it was post-release difficulty DLC), so I chose that without seeing what it contained.  Apparently it's harder than the regular hard mode, but that's through gameplay tweaks.  Weapons are more effective (against both you and enemies) but you barely have enough ammo.  If you kill and loot an entire room of baddies, you get maybe six bullets from them.

I'm liking DFK Black Label a whole lot more than 1.5 so far. Playing Power style and jacking the rank to max is just super fun. Only thing I don't like how lightning fast the bullets can get, and they send them in long streams. It's very easy to corner yourself, but I guess that's what hypers are for.

Gonna have to put it on hold and start playing Wet and Star Wars TFU2 though. Gotta get them back to Gamefly before LA Noire is out. And I guess I'll start the Extreme stages of Bangai-O HD, since apparently they are super hard.

i'm only missing 3 faction mission in just cause,to get the full 49 for the achievement... you know i really like the game but i can't help but think that a lot of the game is rendundant, like there is this huge mountain and it all just look the same and huge and on this mountain there are 3 antenna bases and they all have 1 big antenna,1 small antenna and 1 power supply all in the same place,or that you have 49 missions and a lot of them (maybe it would be more correct to say "all of the mafia guy missions") boil down to "chase this guy and kill him!"

of course game still kick ass (:bow that mysterious island mission) but i'm not sure how anybody could 1000/1000 this without dying of boredom first

Blue Dragon is probably the best old skool style JRPG on a current generation console.  Better than DQ8, which was painful to play in comparison.

After that I'll finish off my 250/250 in ilomilo, and then get back to Sonic Unleashed.

jesus christ the werehog shit in sonic unleashed sucks and is good at the same time.

in mario it takes 1-2 hits to kill the average enemy. as sonic in these games, on homing attack can kill an enemy. So why the fuck does Sonic have to take a billion hits to kill a bunch of robots when he's transformed into a stronger, beastier Sonic?

That said, some of the platforming as werehog is good. But this combat shit. omfg

I was wholly enjoying Persona PSP, up until they decided to remove 75% of my party and force me to use the dumbass chick by herself in a cave full of strong ass monsters. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh stupid.

Aside from that this game is super short and easy. Why do they even make you juggle Persona when all I gotta do is spam Megidola. lollllllllllllllll

Whatever. Cant wait to jump to P2 to get some improvements going. And real music. I'm so embarassed of the jpop...

it gets a bit better once you level up your Werehog strength and learn some of the more effective combos. I'd recommend leveling up combat to learn new combos, then check your skills list and try out the various button combinations. Some deal damage pretty effectvely. Also remember to switch on your unleashed as often as you can.

Monlyneaux is obsessed with the idea of making the game more "intuitive" by not actually having menu "screens", but all it does is making doing really simple things [like saving a game] 10 times more annoying that it should be.

I like the Road to Rule mode and they've put some more effort into the story of this one than 2, but some of the streamlining is hard to understand - press A to interact with someone then hold down a button to do a gesture. I thought the target -> do a gesture mechanic in Fable 2 worked well and allowed to you easily impress multiple followers. Now it's just pointless busywork.

lol.

The opening cutscene is good. But the game never really goes anywhere with it. The entire game is a gimmick. It's like somebody in a room wrote down North Korea invades the US and that was the end of the work. They didn't do anything with the good premise after writing it down to really make it come alive.

I don't know how you can tolerate Guerilla difficulty. I played at the one beneath it, and there was a certain point where I was so bored and annoyed that I just didn't want to even finish it. Which is saying something since the game is really short.

The very last level is the only level which seems like anybody actually did any work and its still subpar imo. Very odd since this game had like a 3 year dev cycle.

Leaderboards. That doesn't work too well with some games, but on Vanquish or Bangai-O, you have to beat a mission in order to be ranked, so it's easy to tell if there's only a couple people on it.
