Ill try those gloves thanks Raban, I already have that magazine.

Currently having trouble with Leon on his bike  :maf

His AI is complete crap, so just hang out between a fence and a tree, or in the corner where a wall and buttress meet. He'll try and ram you hit the wall, be stunned, and you can DEFILE or lightsaber his butt off.

I played this:
http://www.bigbluecup.com/games.php?action=detail&id=1400

~airwave~ I fought the law, and the law one

And it was kind of eh :(  It's only ep1 in a series, but nothing happens and the entire game is like one single annoying 30 min puzzle and when you finally solve it and are like "here comes the satisfying part where you see what happens next" the credits roll.  I also though the writing was boring :\

On the plus side the pixel art is good, the backgrounds are a great, and the game has a very interesting "live" ost where a radio station is playing the entire game with real music and DJ-ing and you can turn it on and off by switching the radios around the world on/off as you move around.

It was the first Ben Chandler game I've played, so I was kind of disappointed as all his games have looked really cool and a few have one quality awards.  Maybe I should try one of those ones instead.  I just jumped on this one because the theme of being an adventure game about indie music seemed pretty original and neat.

Plenty. Start here:

Finally 1000'd Fist of the North Star. Took me around 37 hours, which is more than I probably should have played, but eh, it was still decent enough. A few of the characters kinda suck (namely Jagi, Mamiya, and Thouzer) but everyone else was okay. Raoh is appropriately overpowered, and I found a good spot to grind kills with him, so it only took me a couple hours to rack up around 7000 kills for the last achievements I needed.

I'm glad I'm done with it though. Now I need a short game with no padding for a change of pace.

Playing Stacking and enjoying it. It's more subdued in its humor than other DF games to-date. Something's weird with the camera though; I end up getting a little pukey after a couple hours.

One more chapter to go in Wanted: Weapons of Fate. Most likely will not re-play the whole thing on unlockable Assassin difficulty. The game just isn't all that fun, and I bet the sniper level is the opposite of fun. It's not a bad game, but if I'd paid 60 for it, I'd be less forgiving.

Been playing some Dead Rising 2 the past few days. It doesn't feel like a whole lot's changes from the first game [aside from the ability to craft items, which is pretty cool], but I like how the world feels a bit more "open". So far, I've just been running around hacking up zombies and rescuing people. Is good.

Game has an oddly low frame rate for some reason. Maybe that is causing it.

Been playing some Death Smiles now that the patch for the US version is out. Mega Black Label 1.1 is very very fun, glad I can finally play it with some slowdown. The Ice Palace runs at like 30% speed the entire time :lol

Managed a 50 bil score and got 14th on the leaderboard. Definitely gonna improve that before long. Awesome game.

You say this now, go back and play DR1 and see how wrong you are. I mean sure the same basic gameplay feels the same, but a lot was changed.

They just made Dead Rising 2 a lot easier. A lot more lenient when it comes to getting grabbed by a ghoul, and the shooting is way better in DR2.

I'll agree that once everything is unlocked, the floor plan of Willamette's mall is a lot more fun to navigate than Fortune City. I also like how much more platforming there is in DR1.

I've been playing Tales of the World Radiant Mythology 3 over the last week or so in 30-40 min sessions.  About 6 hours in now and it's actually pretty nice.  I had the first two games, but never really played them (well I played a few hours of #1 and it seemed low budget blehhh; I heard #2 was a huge improvement).  The switch to isometric dungeons that look like real Tales dungeons is a big improvement.

This is probably one of the highest budget fanservice games after the mainline Super Robot Wars.  The graphics are nice, the entire game is full voice with full voiced skits everywheeere.  The back of the package says there's over 14 hours of voiced dialogue, and I hear the game is about 30-40 hours long with cutscenes/skits every other min throughout...so it's basically a mainline Tales budget fanservice adventure.  The battle system is standard and doesn't compare to mainline Tales, but playing as 80 characters and getting lots of loot is fun.  Story is really boring/generic so far, but the skits are awesome and funny.  As fanservice it's very, very nice.  Might actually stick with it all the way through.

I decided to fire up the game after not playing it for 3 years cos the achievement was bugging me. Lo and behold, I found a fairly hidden poster in the Uhra back-alleys and BAM, cheevo pops. I'd better get the DLC so I can have the full 1100

:lol Grats. Found a needle a haystack. The DLC is a decent dungeon crawl with some nice loot.

--

Mega Black Label in Death Smiles is terrible. The only way to get a half-decent score in it is to beat everything without losing a single life, because if you get hit you lose like 10,000 off of your counter. Fucking distinguished mentally-challenged. If you didn't lose such a huge chunk from your counter, it would be great and maybe even better than the vanilla game. Too bad it's all or nothing.

Played some Epic Mickey and got addicted for a bit. My main gripes is the darkd rab graphics at first that wear out my eyes and are hard to discern from the rivers of thinner death. Levels started to get brighter and sharper as I went along. Enjoyed the mix of art styles and the segmenting of the game into overworlds, 2d pathways and 3d levels.

That's pretty fantastic. That's a famously elusive one. TrueAchievements gives it a 4x value multiplier.

I just popped the all advanced co-op missions one in RDR finally. Only got Silver on The River, because some chump kept bleeding out. Help me out next time we're on at the same time?

Yeah I was fucking relieved to unlock it finally, back in 2008 when I was playing Lost Odyssey I spent like 15 hours with item checklists and guides to try and locate the items I was missing. I went through the dungeons with a fine tooth comb so I knew they were fine, and I just knew that the item I was missing was lurking in one of the big cities.

And yeah, send me a message and we can play some RDR

Been playing MvC3 and a bit of Samurai Warriors 3Z.  Ended up picking up Dragon-Age Origins Ultimate on 360, since I have no idea when I'm going to get a new PC.  Downloaded a bunch of demos/XBLA trials recently, but haven't even gotten around to most of them yet.  Bulletstorm seemed really fun, so I went ahead and ordered it.

I think it's time to do some (pre) Spring cleaning, though.  I have numerous titles I am probably never going to play at this point.  Might as well get rid of them.

I meant before running out of lives, I usually die plenty before that :-[. There are a lot of 1ups in the game (24 of them so far), so you might want to memorize their locations. http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/997471-hard-corps-uprising/58178799

The achievement for beating every stage without dying is probably out of my reach, unless it can be done non-consecutively.
